Academic Support

The Samaritan Women is –first and foremost—an educational enterprise.  We believe that there’s Academic Education and Life Education, and we’re about both!  We work with each resident to formulate a plan to continue her academic education.  That may mean constructing a creative approach to middle/high school education.  This may include online learning, independent study, tutoring, Virtual High School, part-time high school or a range of other options.

We also believe that there are many ways individuals learn:  independently, cooperatively, experientially, etc. and we will help your daughter discover how she learns best and construct an academic continuance plan to keep her growing mentally.
